FAQ

Questions before you buy.

Is there a minimum deal size?

Yes: an average deal of US$30,000 or more. Below that, one deal does not cover the fee.

How do we pay?

By card, or by invoice. Quarterly or monthly, or annually with a discount: one quarter free on the pipeline audit, two months free on the lead ops tool.

Can we cancel?

Yes, before the next billing period. If day 90 shows no difference, the readout says so.

Can we start with one?

Most teams start with the pipeline audit and add lead ops at the day-90 readout.

How is this different from our CRM?

Your CRM records what happened and routes new leads from today. It does not look back at what nobody worked, check it against what people consented to, or prove what working it added. We do that in two weeks, using your CRM's own exports, and write the result back into it. We don't replace your CRM; we make the pipeline already in it count.

Our RevOps team could build this.

Some of it, yes. A "leads with no activity" report takes an afternoon. The holdout, the consent check against your notice, the eight frameworks and quarter-over-quarter proof usually take a quarter of RevOps time that is already committed elsewhere. We are live in two weeks.

We already have attribution.

Attribution decides who gets credit. A holdout shows whether the work added pipeline at all: worked accounts against accounts nobody touched, at day 90. They answer different questions, and CFOs trust the second.

Will this mess up our CRM?

No. It reads exports and never logs in. Owner changes come back as a file your team imports, and nothing changes without their say.

What if our CRM is already in good shape?

Then the audit will find less, and the first readout shows that within two weeks. If routing is strict, follow-up is fast and data is clean, you may not need us, and we will say so.
